3. Suite Rentals & Tenant Agreements

Suite rentals, lease terms, rules, pricing, and obligations are governed by a separate Lease Agreement, which must be reviewed and signed before becoming a tenant of REYN Salon Suites.
These Terms only govern the use of the website and online features.

4. Online Bookings & Payments

If you book appointments, tours, consultations, or other services through our website or third-party platforms:

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete information.

  • You authorize us to collect and process payment information necessary to complete the booking.

  • You acknowledge that all bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules may vary depending on the specific service or the independent beauty professional you book with.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or adjust bookings when necessary.

5. Independent Professionals

REYN Salon Suites provides private suites to independent beauty professionals.
These individuals are not employees, contractors, or agents of REYN Salon Suites.

Therefore:

  • We do NOT guarantee the quality, safety, or results of services provided by independent professionals.

  • All disputes, refunds, service concerns, or appointment issues must be handled directly between the client and the independent professional.

We provide the space—each professional operates their own business.

6. Pricing & Changes

Pricing for suite rentals, booking services, promotions, and sweepstakes may change at any time.
We reserve the right to update or discontinue features, services, or content without notice.

7. Sweepstakes, Promotions & Giveaways

If you participate in sweepstakes, giveaways, discounts, or promotions:

  • Each promotion may have its own rules, eligibility terms, and deadlines.

  • By entering, you agree to follow the specific rules listed for that promotion.

  • REYN Salon Suites may modify or terminate any promotion at any time.

Void where prohibited by law.

8. Intellectual Property
